Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: We most probably do.

Q: How is shipping cost calculated?
A: We have fixed price shipping but keep in mind countries other than USA have a base shipping fee based on continent.

Q: Does the software work on Mac OS?
A: No, our software works on PC only.

Q: What kind of battery does GPS X-Guider use?
A: GPS X-Guider uses 2AAA batteries.

Q: How long will the battery last?
A: Battery should last anywhere between 14 hours and 3 days depending usage.

Q: Are there any fees associated with using GPS service?
A: No. There are no monthly or any kind of fees for using GPS service.

Q: Can I convert .rte files created with your software to .kml files?
A: No. .rte files created with our software does not convert to .kml files. However any tracks you record on the device can be converted.

Q: What does it mean when the big arrow in “Main Mode” flashes on and off?
A: This means you’re within 50 meters (165 feet) of the point you’re tracking.

Q: Will GPS X-Guider work in my country?
A: Yes. GPS X-Guider will work anywhere on Earth.

Q: How is the heading calculated?
A: Heading is calculated from the embedded digital compass. Heading will show even when you’re stationary.

Q: Arrow does not seem to be pointing in the right direction…
A: It probably just needs to be recalibrated. Turn it on. Go outside, place on flat surface facing up. Rotate slowly in circular motion.

Q: Why did my device turn off suddenly?
A: There’s a battery saving feature under Menu > Settings. Please set this to fit your needs.
